Aarre GmbH operates aarrecapital.com. This page explains what personal data we collect on this website and why.
When you send the form, or leave your details with Martta in the chat, we receive your name, email, phone number if you give it, and message by email, so we can reply. Legal basis: your request to us (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / Swiss FADP). Recipients: our team, and our hosting provider, which processes it on our behalf. We keep your message for 12 months after our last contact, then delete it, unless you become a client.
Our server logs record technical data such as your IP address. Web access logs are kept 14 days. Our server's system logs have no fixed deletion date yet; we are setting it to 12 months. They currently also record the email address and IP of contact-form submissions.
Martta is an AI assistant. What you type is processed by Anthropic (USA) to answer you. At present, chat conversations are stored on our server; we are introducing automatic deletion and will update this page when it is in place. You can ask us to delete your conversation at any time: business@aarrecapital.com.
We use Umami Analytics, self-hosted on our own server (analytics.aarre.ch), to count visits. It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address. No analytics data is shared with anyone.
Under the GDPR and Swiss FADP you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to its processing. Contact us at business@aarrecapital.com.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in Switzerland the FDPIC (edoeb.admin.ch), or the authority in your EU country.
This website, its services and our email run on servers we rent from a hosting provider in the EU. Chat messages are processed by Anthropic (USA), our AI provider, under its data-processing terms.
